Western freedom, the concept that has been glorified and presented as the ultimate goal for individuals in society, has become a cult mechanism that promotes selfishness and hinders personal growth. The idea of being able to roam and do as one pleases without any consequences has been ingrained in our society, leading many to believe that true liberation lies in indulging in one's lower self. This distorted perception of freedom not only overlooks the importance of personal responsibility and self-discipline but also perpetuates a harmful cycle of selfishness and disregard for others.

The constant portrayal of Western freedom as the ideal has led people to view it as the key to true happiness. From movies and TV shows to advertisements and social media, we are bombarded with images of individuals living carefree lives, engaging in materialistic pleasures without any consequences. This creates a false sense of reality, where people start believing that true freedom is about satisfying their base desires without any regard for the consequences. But upon closer examination, it becomes clear that this notion of freedom is a fallacy. It is a narrow view that neglects the true essence of freedom – the ability to make conscious choices based on principles and values. True freedom is not about being able to do whatever one wants, but rather about having the power to choose what is right and make responsible decisions.

The glorification of Western freedom has also led to the belief that personal happiness and fulfillment can only be achieved by indulging in one's lower self. This mindset promotes instant gratification and disregards the long-term consequences of our actions. It feeds into our impulsive desires and encourages us to prioritize our individual needs above everything else. In this way, Western freedom becomes a cult mechanism, manipulating individuals into believing that true happiness can only be achieved by satisfying one's base desires. It creates a selfish and reckless mindset that is harmful not only to oneself but also to those around us. It hinders personal growth and development, as individuals are consumed by their lower self and fail to see beyond their immediate desires. Moreover, this distorted perception of freedom also perpetuates a harmful cycle of selfishness and disregard for others. When one's happiness is solely dependent on satisfying their own desires, they are more likely to disregard the needs and well-being of others. This can lead to a society where individuals are driven by their own selfish interests, with little regard for the greater good or the impact of their actions on others. But true freedom comes with personal responsibility and self-discipline. It requires us to make conscious choices based on our principles and values, rather than being driven by impulsive desires. It means understanding that our actions have consequences, not just for ourselves but also for those around us. It involves considering the well-being of others and making choices that benefit not just ourselves but also society as a whole.

The glorification of Western freedom has also created a false perception that true happiness lies in materialistic pleasures and external validation. This further perpetuates the cycle of selfishness and hinders personal growth as individuals are constantly chasing superficial sources of happiness instead of focusing on internal growth and fulfillment. As a result, many end up feeling empty and unfulfilled despite having all the material possessions and external validation that society deems as markers of success. In contrast, true freedom allows us to break free from societal norms and expectations and focus on our own individual growth and development.

It empowers us to make choices that align with our values and bring us true fulfillment and happiness, rather than conforming to societal standards. In conclusion, the concept of Western freedom has been distorted into a cult mechanism that promotes selfishness and hinders personal growth. The constant portrayal of this narrow view of freedom as the ultimate goal has led many to believe that true liberation lies in indulging in one's lower self without any consequences. However, true freedom comes with personal responsibility and self-discipline, and it involves making conscious choices based on principles and values rather than being driven by impulsive desires. It is time to break free from this fallacy of Western freedom and embrace true freedom, which allows for personal growth, responsibility, and fulfillment.

Originally, biblical terms like "Lord," "Father," and "son" had zero to do with biology. In the ancient Near East, they were purely legal titles of covenant authority and governance. A supreme ruler was called "Father," and his appointed subordinate was the "son." We see this today when judges are called "Lords" strictly based on their official…

History rarely invents entirely new methods of oppression; it simply updates the vocabulary.

In the 19th century, when the American plantocracy needed to justify the brutal institution of chattel slavery, they turned to science. In 1851, a physician named Dr. Samuel Adolphus Cartwright famously diagnosed runaway slaves with drapetomania—a supposed mental illness that caused…

In a world often defined by tribal divisions and religious friction, looking back at the foundation of early Islamic society reveals a surprisingly modern blueprint for pluralism. We often talk about "The Administration" as if it’s a group of people sitting in the West Wing, debating policy over lukewarm coffee. We watch the press briefings, analyze the tweets, and argue over the latest executive orders. But if you look closely at the recent trip to China—the one where the "official" administration was flanked by a $1 trillion phalanx of S&P 500…
